Alright and I've also done this (Obviously with some help from someone, hehe.)

[root@localhost ~]# system-config-soundcard
Simple mixer control 'PCM',0
 Capabilities: pvolume pswitch
Playback channels: Front Left - Front Right
 Limits: Playback 0 - 31
Front Left: Playback 23 [74%] [on]
Front Right: Playback 23 [74%] [on]
Playing WAVE '/usr/share/system-config-soundcard/sound-sample.wav' : Signed 16 bit Little Endian, Rate 44100 Hz, Stereo

But I don't hear anything upon the test, so it says it can't figure it out. The man helping me had me go through some other things, but I can't remember them so well, this is all still Greek to me. If anyone could help please do so.

My AIM handle is: OffedByAchilleus

I'm on my way to see Hide and Seek, but I'll be back in a little while. I know you guys didn't think my problems were over, did you? :)

Thanks again.

Well, from the look of it, it appears as if you already have your sound drivers loaded... did you try to check if the sound channels were mutted?? did you try to use the alsamixer program?? It is worth noting that by default the alsa drivers are muted, so you will have to unmute them after they are installed... I've had this prblem too with FC3 when I installed it first (well since FC2, actually) until (from previous experiences with alsa) I ran alsamixer to find out the volumes were mutted... I use the source distribution of the latest official alsa release (1.0.8). Try this, before we set on trying to figure it out more deeply.
