> starts writing it to the CD... Or does it? Clearly it doesn't I just tested it again and no go.Okay so I guess I didn't burn them correctly somehow.
I'm using Nero but can use Roxio if need be. I have the trail version on Nero if that matters.
I click Burn Image, then it asks for the file I click the one I want, and then clcik next and it
I can't believe the difficultly I'm having with this, I've always been fairly computer savvy... I feel so out of place.Don't feel so upset. The files you need to write to the CD are FC3-i386-disc1.iso through FC3-i386-disc4.iso
You should use Roxio if it is registered to burn the disk. Again, used the Burn Image option. If you try to burn the .iso file as a data image, you will not be able to use them to install Fedora Core.
Also, this information is available on the Fedora web site.
Good luck and welcome to Linux
