First of all, I'm not sure why you would want to do this.

However, if you do, then a quick Google search turned up the following:

However, it looks like there is an EOL announcement.  You will have to
have the httpd-devel rpm installed as well, since it looks like you will
have to compile the DSO module.

I took a quick look at this, and it appears to be pretty ugly.  There
are a lot of hard-coded paths, and some pretty unpleasant hacks
(including changing write permissions on your apache log file
directory).

A better question might be:

What are you trying to accomplish with the Microsoft FrontPage
extentions?

Once you have that question answered in generic (non-Microsoft) terms,
you can then investigate what cross-platform software will support your
requirements.
