Linksys WPC54G support in FC3??

Hello there!

I'm trying to get this WiFi card (a Linksys WPC54G PCMCIA card) working on a older Compaq laptop (Presario 1722) with FC3. It should connect to a Linksys WRT54G router. But FC3 doesn't recoqnize the card. Can this card work in FC3 and if yes, what extra packages do I need (and where to get them :) and how should they be used????
