I have a USB key with the kernel and initrd for the installers for Red
Hat 8, Red Hat 9, and FC1 (IIRC). I had a hell of a job getting it to
work until I cleaned off the existing partition table and created a new
one. It works just fine now on machines that support booting from USB.
