I'm preparing to install an application (compiere) that runs off of oracle (10g I believe) and would like to know if Oracle will run on it. I haven't run it and as I know it runs on linux, the issue I have will it will run with the latest kernel as well as the changes with the glibc library and native POSIX threading changes that took place between rh8 and rh9 affected many applications. It's my first Oracle install. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks, James
