Hello, "yum install fglrx64_6_8_0-8.8.25-1.x86_64.rpm" would also help. BTW: installing of rpmdb-fedora-3-0 adds --aid to every rpm -i/-U actions which also resolves such dependencies. Also it has a rpm-macro to answer all of such questions.
