I can't see any reason why you couldn'tjust install windows, which will probably intefere with grub, and then just run fc2 cd1 rescue disk to repair grub.
I've got both running and have a great time. OpenOffice does my docs, firfox shares bookmarks across both os's and thunderbird (most of the time) seems happy sharing mailboxes across platforms. It's great!
