You would need to put all of the rpms desired to be installed
xorg-x11 in a directory, then use
rpm -Uvh Xorg*.rpm --oldpackage
while root and in the directory containing the rpms. If there are
any deps related to be needed for additional packages, you would add
them to the same directory you have the other rpms in.
