SMARTD fails with 3WARE after Kernel 2.6.10-1.737_FC3

Receive the following after kernel update:

smartd[4560]: Device: /dev/sda [3ware_disk_00], not found in smartd database.
smartd[4560]: Device: /dev/sda [3ware_disk_00], ATA IDENTIFY DEVICE words 82-83
don't specify if SMART capable.
smartd[4560]: Device: /dev/sda [3ware_disk_00], to proceed anyway, use '-T
permissive' Directive.
smartd[4560]: Unable to register ATA device /dev/sda [3ware_disk_00] at line 1
of file /etc/smartd.conf
smartd[4560]: Unable to register device /dev/sda [3ware_disk_00] (no Directive
-d removable). Exiting.
