Right click on the panel, select add to panel -> drawer Then right click on the drawer, select properties and give it a name and icon of your choice. Select each of the items you want in that drawer from the main menu and with a right click choose to add the launcher to panel Finally, open the drawer. Right click on each launcher you just put on the panel, select move, and drag to the drawer. Walla! You now have a customized menu to select from.
