Yes, I am using these settings too. In addition I defined following log
format
LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-Agent}i\"
(%{ratio}n)" combineddeflate
and the custom access_log
CustomLog /home/adalloz/logs/uni-x.org-access_log combineddeflate
to be able to let awstats analyse the compression efficiency.
