It has.
I started using it I think in the middle of 2000, when it wasn't quite so hot.
It has improved quite a bit IMHO.


At the time I actually preferred NEdit - but bluefish was gtk and I must admit, I'm almost obsessive about wanting all my gui apps to be gtk (I like consistancy in UI), so I used bluefish and watched it improve.

Bluefish is really nice now. Been very good for at least a year imho.

I don't really personally care for gui html editors, I always found I had to clean them afterwards with a text editor anyway.

A proffesional web dev may have different needs than me though, so I can't say how good it is in that field.
