  If you did a complete install, it should be there,
however with an upgrade/update things might be
different.  Things that were there before don't appear
when you do an upgrade.  Pop in one of the four cd's
and look for gnuplot package or else go to one of the
repositories or the GNUPlot homepage
[http://www.gnuplot.info/] and click on download
and try to install it again.
