Annoying isn't it? A workaround I'm using so that I'm not bothered by
this junk is to add the following line to my sendmail access database:

From:root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx		ERROR:5.7.1:550 Your e-mail message has
been rejected

(that's all one line)
