I am new to Linux and have no idea how to install Fedora over a failing Windows installation. I have the iso files, but no idea how to kick off the install.
Boot with CD 1 or DVD and off you go ;-)
But I really would recommend reading especially the installation guide from: http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/
It helped me quite a lot when I first installed Red Hat 9 and I never needed any help any more since installing Fedora (Anaconda is still working more or less the same way.
