For a journal you might try some blob software. For recording/crunching numbers you could use a spreadsheet. It's not an all in one solution, but it might work.Any software recommendation for exercise / diet / calorie count / food journal / workout routine ?
I scanned sourcefourge, but couldn't figure out idea what was best. Specifically a gym log (routine, weight, reps, sets) and calorie count would be best for me.
Any recommendations appreciated. Kate
