Hi Folks,

I use RealVNC (and tight VNC) to Fedora (1, 2, & 3) and noticed
that the help balloons do not show the text!  I see the yellow
textbox appear when hovering over the desktop icons but not the
their descriptive text!  This is with the latest KDE updates.

Bug or configuration error?
