Try running the installer with the nodma option... Other things: ~ (1) What type of hardware do you have installed? Motherboard, Video, HD, etc. ~ (2) Be sure you are not using the i386 download for the 64-bit CPU or visa-versa. ~ (3) Did you check the MD5SUMs of the ISO images?
Without more information than the dump. Us normal people find it difficult to help more than just general issues.
