Hi Cosme:

Actually, there are several things to check.

 1.  CPU fan and heatsink are working and CLEAN.
 2.  All other fans (power supply, case, etc) are working and clean.
 3.  Inside of case is clean.  Lots of dust/animal hair/etc can impede air       
flow.
 4.  If you don't have a separate case fan, get one (and put a filter on it).

Those will do for starters.  Let us know if you need more help.
