Short but important addition:
When setting the portforwarding in the router setup it certainly means
that port 80 will be open on the router. But you will too have to open
port 80 in the firewall setting of Fedora. You can do that easily with
system-config-securitylevel.
If following IP is yours, then actually port 80 is closed anywhere:

Interesting ports on ool-45715894.dyn.optonline.net (69.113.88.148):

80/tcp filtered http
