2.6.9-1.667 didn't make any difference. I now tend to believe that it is
hardware related. Maybe the driver does not support my DVD-burner as
well as did FC2. It's a Plextor 708A and it is not faulty because it can
be read by both OS/2 and Windows 2000. And btw it doesn't read CDs
either.

Does someone have a clue as to what this might be?
