dd the command
if=/path/to/src/file
of=/dev/device-to-write-it-to

all on one line of course, like
dd if=diskboot.img of=/dev/fd0
would write diskboot.img to a floppy if it would fit.
I don't know what device is given to your usbpen but you should.
