I did a yum update and every thing was working great until I logged out to try the xfce desktop, I played around with it a bit and now when I logged back in to gnome eggcups and the volume applet crashed also nautilus is running but no desktop is shown no nautilus windows are ever loaded. I don't know where to go looking for logs to see whats happening so any help is appreciated
