2.6.9-1.6_FC2 kernel panic - not syncing : VFS: unable to mount root FS on unknown-block (0, 0)

I installed the new kernel from 2.6.9-1.3_FC2 to 2.6.9-1.6_FC2 using yum and
when I rebooted I had this message:

kernel panic - not syncing : VFS : unable to mount root FS on unknown-block
(0,0)

Booting the previous one (2.6.9-1.3_FC2) goes Ok.
