You want to reinstall the same packages again? Then you can just do:
rpm -Uvh --replacepkgs MySQL-*.rpm

No - you'll have to do: an explicit yum insatll for these (if you
need them)
yum install MyODBC cyrus-sasl-sql dovecot  etc..
