I had this on a test system which went from FC2 over the various rawhide
states up to FC3. I think I fixed it by running restorecon, so that
error would have been cause by SELinux. But maybe the fix was more by
running /etc/cron.daily/prelink manually.

Anyway please report it to the Red Hat guys. It is a bug if it appears
on a fresh install. I though my system had the error because it was not
really clean.
