As an FYI, there is a released update for libselinux:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/3/i386/libselinux-1.19.1-3.i386.rpm

and testing updates for system-config-security-level:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/testing/3/i386/system-config-securitylevel-1.4.18-2.i386.rpm

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/testing/3/i386/system-config-securitylevel-tui-1.4.18-2.i386.rpm

Beware of wrapping in the above URLs.

The Bugzilla entry is here:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=139155

Having installed all three updates has resolved the problem for me.

HTH,

Marc Schwartz
