does your boot logs show something more descriptive. please file a bug
@ bugzilla.redhat.com against kernel with all the relevant information
including boot logs if possible

fixing # 1 would automatically fix this one too but till then you can
add the kernel to ignore list in up2date-config as a temporary
workaround perhaps or just ignore the warning for the time being
