Maybe yo have such this error with gnome-volume-manager too and you are not able to hear any sound. Look at http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=27437. For those who can't wait, the workaround is: su -c /etc/cron.daily/prelink or /usr/sbin/prelink /usr/lib/libdbus*so* I hope it helps!!
