IglooFTP-PRO was breaking the file. I used 'curl' to download the entire file from one of the mirror sites and all is well. md5sum is correct and it installed right off the bat on my laptop.Gene Heskett wrote:

The filesystem you are using is acting like its broken at the 2GB mark. Care to post that detail (the name of the filesystem being used) & maybe someone will have a solution for you.
The other thing that you may want to try is changing your FTP client. I remember reading on the FC site that some clients bomb at the 2 GB mark. Sounds like what you have going on.
