Boot hang at "Configuring Kernel Parameters".

I built an FC3 installation hard drive on machine A. I removed it and
installed it on machine B. I am trying to boot it on machine B. It
hangs at "Configuring Kernel Parameters".

Machine A = AMD 2.8. Machine B = 266 Pentium II. (1998 vintage)

I did this because machine b doesn't have a CDROM nor a network
connection. Machine B doesn't support ACPI.

How does one list the parameters the kernel is trying to boot with.

I've spoken with people on fedora-test and they said it should work.

Any ideas on how to get this thing booting ?

Thanks in advance.
