Upstream is a > DLink DI-624. Any insight? Looks like Ethernet problems to me. Can you try setting the Ethernet link to 10 Mbit/s half duplex? 100 Mbit/s half duplex? (I have seen Ethernet autoconfiguration cause major problems in the past). Use the ethtool command with the -s flag to play around with this: man ethtool for more details. But I'd recommend: ethtool eth0 to see current settings, ethtool -s eth0 [speed 10|100|1000] [duplex half|full] [autoneg on|off] It might yet be dodgy cables.
