My solution was ultimately to buy a USB KVM and ditch the PS2 one. None of the driver changes I tried made any difference. Sometimes I could temporarily solve the problem by Ctrl-Alt-F1, Ctrl-Alt-F7 (basically go to a console screen, then back to X). -- Dan thx dan....the thing is...2 other fedora boxes and a Win xp box the mouse is fine... I don't really have time to explore the other machines right now cuz I am in and out..just poppin in to chk you guys out...but I was thinking of looking at the other fedora boxes and see just what their mouse drivers look like rado
