Does the LVM can installed after the extension of hard disk ? Because I resinstall the FC3 with manual partitioning.
Yes, you can add LVM later, but it won't be as useful because your existing partitions are not LVM and hence you won't be able to resize them (as) easily or add them to an LVM scheme without a lot of shuffling of data around.
