1. it is no binary RPM but a SRC.RPM. Do you want to use a source?

2. If you really want the SRC.RPM you first need to install rpm-build
RPM to have the rpmbuild environment created.

3. If you don't want to compile from a SRC.RPM then get the binary RPM
and install it. Use "-Uvh" instead of "-i" to not risk a parallel
install.
