Are the above listed software available in fedora? pure-ftpd not, FC3 comes with vsftpd, proftpd is available through 3rd party repository. All other services/applications are base of the Core. > 3. Don't do it without having a full valid backup. Please see other hints on this list's archive for upgrading from previous Red Hat releases or previous Fedora Core releases. Most aspects are valid for coming from RHEL too. I believe to remember someone here on the list reported a successful migration in the past. > 4. I have a HA cluster set up. Is there a HA cluster soltuion in fedora too? Not as I know of. There is a cluster mailing list: http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-cluster > If I could do these I would have some more specific questions :-) > Zizi Don't know if it is wise in your situation to run your services on Fedora. You didn't give enough information to evaluate this from here. But you may need a distribution with a longer lifetime. You can't pay or have no need for the support by subscribing for RHEL? Think about using CentOS, Tao Linux or Whitebox Linux then.
