i have a question regarding FC3 and the laptop battery status. Google says look at /proc/acpi/battery - the folder exsits, but no file (state) is there. Any other possibilities to check the status ?

I am using Gnome - graphical solutions ?


Right-click on the panel/toolbar, click on 'add to panel'
There should be a 'battery charge monitor' icon that you can add?
