Download just the 'boot.iso' image from the "3/i386/os/images" area of a
Fedora Mirror. Boot with that, and follow the instructions. Pick ftp or http
install, give it basic network information, and go.

Actually, I recommend network installation instead of downloading CD images.
This way, you only download the parts you need.

On the other hand, I bet most of them mirrors are pretty swamped right now.
Waiting until you've got everything downloaded locally to even start may be
a bit less frustrating.
