Ah! Now that is worth knowing! In fact I already completed the upgrade
-I realised that if I do an NFS install I only need the first CD and
only need to stay with each node long enough to get them started - so
effectively did them in parallel, albeit manually. 

Perhaps this info - about the ks= options including the option to point
at an NFS share - can be added to the kickstart documentation? It would
have certainly speeded things up.

I use the boot.iso on Fedora CD1 to create a bootable
CDROM for starting kickstart/NFS installations.  Just
put your ks.cfg in exported directory you are using
for your NFS install, and then point to it with the

boot: linux ks=nfs:IPADDR:/path/to/ks.cfg
