Unfortunately this is more complicated (or, more accurately, tedious to code) than it looks. Tracker actually does (or at least should) currently restore values for things text fields like name and descrption, but checkboxes and selects are another matter. It's on my to-do list, but being treated as low priority for the time being. --Brad
