I was attempting to upgrade to FC2 by using ISO's on the hard disk. I eventually scrapped the idea and was able to boot from CD. I deleted the folder with the RPM's in it but the user account did not have full permission to the files in the subdirectories. Now the situation is, after upgrading to FC2, I have a large number of files in the user's Trash that cannot be emptied because I do not have the permission to do so. How do I empty the Trash without permission or gain permission for the files in the Trash so I can get rid of them? Sincerely, Ben aka Howard Burnside
