Get the Postfix SRC.RPM, install it with "rpm -ivh", then go to the SPECS directory and edit the postfix.spec file by changing at top of the file "%define MYSQL 0" to %define MYSQL 1". Then an "rpmbuild -bb postfix.spec" will build the Postfix RPMs with MySQL support.
