Then you automatically have *all* updates for that Fedora version on one box, downloaded exactly once. And rsync will keep that directory updated for you. All: Just make sure the Server allows rsync. I look at the mirrors.txt file at downloads.fedora.redhat.com and look for rsync BEFORE starting. I know that mirrors.kernel.org does. Otherwise you might not be able to get the files (at best) or get a nastygram from the system administrator that states you are attempting an unauthorized action towards/against their system (at worst).
