That does not prevent me, as a private citizen or company from taking action. Our policy, as an ISP, that sending unsolicited emails violates our AUP. I decide...I am the one who make that decision...not some Govt idiot. If I decide that you violated our AUP? Guess what..you're out of here. We can fight it out in court. -Eucke
