As someone has mentioned, you posted two messages, got useful help, as far as I can see there's only one minor 'flame' and some "read the archives" messages, but mostly specific help. Read the archives isn't a flame, it's nettiquette which you should well understand being in IT. With this sort of whiny bitching, this list doesn't want you. You want paid professional support, pay for it.
