X has never worked on the C1 Picturebook under  FC2 - 
ie since the change from XFree86 to Xorg.
Many people have commented on this.

That is the version I applied the patch to.
(I also applied it earlier to the previous version.)

I can't do that at the moment - 
I appear to have forgotten my bugzilla password,
and when I try to reset it I am told a "token" has been sent to me by email,
but if so it never arrives.
(I've tried 3 or 4 times.)

But I've written to some of the people mentioned in the source Changelog
in connection with the ATI driver,
so hopefully one of them will do the necessary.

Having glanced at the sources, I can well believe that!
