You can make up2date to just download the files(and not remove them afterwards) in your office and then take those rpm's home. At home you can put them in a folder and issue the command rpm -Fvh /your_folder_name/*.rpm I assume you have linux machine in your office too to run up2date. Otherwise, go to fedoranews.com and see for the update and download them manually.
