Setup Cyrus-IMAPd properly.

The Cyrus-IMAPd website has.

The Cyrus-IMAPd directories _are_ created when the damon rpm is
installed. See /etc/imapd.conf.

different topic - here Cyrus-IMAPd + SquirrelMail setup?
