Expose for Linux sounded great so after you're question I went digging
around and I found a tool named skippy, I got it from the DAG apt
repository, but here is its home-
http://www.software-facilities.com/x11-wm-software/skippy.php

It seems to work pretty well, although a little slow.  An added bonus
for me is that it plays well with dual monitors.
